Flowers to Loyal Customers We have been delivering poinsettias at Christmas to our most loyal customers for five years now. Even though many of them have received a flower every year, they are still blown away that we would take the time and spend the money to show them our appreciation in such a tangible way. At Papa John's we want the image of outrageous customer service and this gift definitely helps us achieve that image. We delivered poinsettias to our best customers in three of the Harris Restaurant Group markets, Columbus, Georgia; Augusta, Georgia; and Montgomery, Alabama. I had the privilege of traveling with our driver Eddie Edwards at the Milgen Road location in Columbus. Eddie is a full-time driver for Papa John's and has been with us for over three years. In about three hours we delivered over 40 poinsettias and were the recipients of many grateful smiles and big thank you's. Check out some of the reactions in the video clips below. Between the three markets we delivered over 5000 poinsettias. As our CEO, Doug Harris, says, "Loyal customers are the backbone of any business. Most experts estimate that 20% of customers do 80% of the business and I suppose it is not that much different with us. They need to know that we don't take them for granted and that we will always try to outwork our competitors. It is the reason we are so successful.
