Our
Chicago Papa John's stores are sponsoring two of the Great Lakes Naval
Station Little League Baseball teams this year. We helped them with
uniforms, banners, small wares, and pizza. There are a total of 10
teams and we are sponsoring two of them for the entire season. Our
teams are the White Sox and Astros.
On
opening day, April 22, 2006, the president of the league, Jay Clark,
thanked us for our support.
We
threw out the first pitch, and participated in the ceremonies. In attendance were our Chicago market supervisor, Tony Nero, and
managers Matt Inanc and Donta Wright of the North
